Coconut Ecomuseum: Sauvegarde nomenclature

Be prepared for an extraordinary journey to the many lands of the coconut palm! You will discover a diversity that you could not even imagine. This classification plan required more than ten years of work, and its complete exploration is not yet finished.

This nomenclature helps to classify useful themes for designing eco-museums dedicated to the coconut palm. Currently, the nomenclature comprises ten major themes and 115 sections. For each of these 115 sections, it is possible to produce on request at least one large size HD poster (up to 180x100 cm in size). Some of these sections are so rich and diverse (for example the one on coconut scrapers) that it is possible to make three posters for a single section.

Of course, a particular museum does not have to represent all the 115 avalaible sections. The very wide choice offered allows each entrepreneur to select the sections he wishes to integrate into his museum. Below are mentioned the ten major themes of the classification, which point to dedicated pages. Still below is the complete classification with 230 links (English and French versions).
